Quando studiavo a Milano il giorno prima di un esame, andavo in centro a guardare le vetrine delle gioiellerie, in particolare di Van Cleef&Arpels, per dimenticare tutto e immergermi in un’altra dimensione. Così non pensavo più all’esame e mi passava l’ansia.

Guardare i gioielli che luccicano nelle vetrine infonde davvero calma.

Il mio consiglio, dunque, per affrontare un qualsiasi “esame” della vita consiste nel rifugiarvi in un mondo favoloso andando davanti alla vostra gioielleria preferita: pensate solo ad assaporare quell’atmosfera incantata che vi regna. In questo modo riuscirete a rilassarvi e a trovare in voi stesse la calma per affrontare tutto al meglio.

How to deal with an Exam

Holly Golightly in the film “Breaktfast at Tiffany’s” says “Well, when I get it (N.d.R. the mean reds) the only thing that does any good is to jump in a cab and go to Tiffany’s. Calms me down right away. The quietness and the proud look of it; nothing very bad could happen to you there. ”

When I was studying in Milan the day before an exam , I went downtown to do window shopping the jewelry, in particular by Van Cleef & Arpels , to forget all and lose myself in another dimension. So I no longer thought about the exam and anxiety goes away.

 

Watch jewels that sparkle in the shop windows really instills calm.

My advice, therefore, to address any ” exam” of life is to take refuge in a fabulous world going in front of your favorite jewelry: just think to savor magical atmosphere that reign there . This will help you relax and find in yourself calm to deal with everything in the best way.
