L’ultimo avvistamento risale alla foto pubblicitaria del 1966 per la collezione “la Boutique“.

La maison vorrebbe ritrovare tutte le spille originali, per potere aprire un museo relativo a queste deliziose spille sul tema animale.
A partire dal 1954, anno in cui era stata creata la collezione, più fresca e abbordabile, “la Boutique Jewelry Bestiary” composta da simpatici animali in stile cartone animato, ognuno contraddistinto da un proprio carattere, la maison Van Cleef & Arpels ha sempre trattato il tema del mondo animale, in modo creativo e delizioso. Con questa collezione si diede inzio all’avvento dei gioielli “Easy to Wear“, che furono subito capite e apprezzate da icone di stile come Grace Kelly e Jeckie Kennedy Onassis.
Anche quest’anno la maison Van Cleef & Arpels rende omaggio al mondo animale con la collezione “L’Arche de Noé racontée par Van Cleef & Arpels”. La cura e l’amore per i dettagli che trapela da queste spille è semplicemente incantevole!Non a caso ne parlano tutti!
Per presentare questa nuova collezione è stata allestita dal designer americano Robert Wilson una mostra in cui le coppie di animali soggiornano ognuna in una scatola nera, che rappresenta le gabbie dell’arca di Noè. Sullo sfondo vegono proiettato in continuo le onde del mare, il tutto avvolto da una musica misteriosa. Una mise-en-scène davvero straordinaria.

La mia coppia preferita attuale è quella dei pinguini, ma anche gli orsetti; anche se il mio preferito in assoluto è il leoncino Lion ébouriffé clip (1966)!
Questi animali oltre ad essere gioielli magnifici, sono così dolci e teneri. Verrebbe voglia di giocarci! Ed è proprio in questo che consiste la forza di queste spille, non sono solo gioielli preziosi e stupendi, ma sanno toccare il nostro cuore, facendoci sorridere e fantasticare, insomma ci fanno ritornare un pò bambine!

Missing Precious Puppy
How sweet is this puppy? All of us would like to have him! And yet he is lost! The Maison Van Cleef & Arpels is looking for him for years.
The last sighting dates back to the “la Boutique“ collection’s advertisement of 1966.
Yatzer has started an online search campaign.
Partecipate in the search for this lovely puppy! It’s a little dog in yellow braided gold, with emerald eyes and with onyx nose. Maybe you didn’t know but the Maison is looking for a second animal the parrot at the center of the picture shown below.
The Maison would like to find all the original clips, to be able to open a museum related to these delicious animal clips.

These animals as well as being beautiful jewellery, are so sweet and tender. You would want to play with them! And this is the strength of these clips, they aren’t only precious and beautiful jewels, but they touch our hearts, making us laugh and fantasize, in conclusion, we return little girls thanks to them!
